For simplicity's sake, it should clarify exactly when and how many presses the minion gains. Most likely you were aiming at "The minion with this card gains 1 press each combat".

Do you mean, the card should be worded as this:

Belligerant ((EDITED))
Master
1 pool
Master Archetype. Put this card on one ready minion you control. The minion with this card gains one press each combat. If this minion is a vampire, they may burn 1 blood to gain +1 strength for this combat. Minions opposing this vampire must burn 1 blood each time they play a Strike: Dodge or Strike: Combat Ends. A minion may have only one Archetype.

Well, there is two side for this.

Lore side, archetypes should be restricted to vampires and somes allies, most notably mages and hunter, and maybe werewolf. There is the problem that not all archetypes are plausible on all surnatural being, but it's workeable.

Gameplay-wise, I see no reason to not allow some archetypes to every minion. In this case, the card is too costly for too few to be realistically played on allies anyway (1 pool and 1 MPA for one permanent press ?)
