Daylight Action was a term or trait developed for a fan-based set from Austin (I believe). Does anyone know what the definition for a Daylight Action was?

Just a wild guess, but probably an action or action modifier that sends the acting vampire to torpor at the end of it.

Yes, this was part of the Austin expansion of 1998. Two of the new actions introduced in that set used the term.

There were two new rules introduced with that expansion.

Daylight Actions

May only be performed by Allies. All Vampires get -1 intercept against Daylight actions. A vampire that engages in combat during a daylight action takes 1 aggravated damage during strike resolution.
