David, Anastasia, Tommaso, Irina and Martin are ok. The Obtenebration + politics angle looks like it'd be worth exploring.
Madame Seul is fine. Her Bishop title sort of gets in the way of her being an Anarch.
Mislav might be too strong, but not in a broken way.
Fionna's disability is severe. She should probably get another inferior discipline.
I love Aria! Her disability is serious enough (on a vampire with) to compensate by making her a Bishop or giving her a burn-a-blood-for-a-vote special.
