Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

"Kine Resources Restructured"

Investment.
+1 Stealth.
Successful referendum means each Methuselah moves one pool to this card. You may use a master phase action to move one counter from this card to your pool. A vampire may take control of this card for his or her Methuselah as a +1 stealth political action.
"Deregulation"

Government.
Do not replace until you gain a pool.
Add one counter to each investment when this card is played. Add one counter to investments when they come into play.
"Bailout"

Government.
Investments cost an additional pool, but add an additional counter to investments when they are played. Burn any Dummy Corporation in play, and Dummy Corporation may not be played. The cost of equipment and locations may not be reduced.
"Quicken Accounting"

Burn X counters from a single investment you control to reduce a bleed by X. After playing this card, you may not block or change the target of the bleed.
"Fund the Revolution"

Requires an anarch.
+1 bleed. If successful, add a counter to an investment you control. You cannot play another action modifier to increase this bleed amount.
+1 bleed or burn an investment card you control for +3 bleed.
Until the end of this action you may pay the cost of any weapon you play from investments you control.
"Consanguineous Tithe"

Investment.
Requires a titled Sabbat vampire.
Name a clan. Successful referendum means each vampire of that clan moves a blood to this card. As a master phase action, you may move a counter from this card to your pool.
"Pyramid Scheme"

Add a corruption counter to a minion controlled by your prey.
+1 stealth action. Investment. Burn X corruption counters from a minion and put this card in play with X counters. You may use a master phase action to move a counter from this card to your pool.
"Inheritance"
Master, trifle. Investment.
Put this card on a vampire you control. During your influence phase add a counter to this card. If this vampire burned, move the counters from this card to a younger vampire of the same clan in your uncontrolled region.
"Bank Robbery"

Requires an Anarch.
Burn an investment or burn X pool from your prey where X is the cost of a location controlled by him or her.
Steal an investment, or move a location controlled by your prey to his or her library. If successful, move a counter from the investment to your pool.
Tap X blood brother of the same circle to burn X+1 investments and/or locations.
Malkavian Lottery
Master.
Investment.
X
Put this card in play with X x2 counters. During his or her untap phase, each Methuselah may move one pool to this card and burn a card from his or her library. If the burned card is a master card, that Methuselah moves half the counters from this card (round up) to his or her pool: the Methuselah controlling this card moves the rest of the counters to his or her pool.

You know, I only had to look at the title to know who started this thread...
These are really neat. They harken back to Jyhad and the idea that vampires manipulate the financial system. And since they're investments, no one can cry that they are overpowered.

It felt like two of them needed a little editing. Unfortunately Funding the Revolution became "Thesis of the Revolution"...
Deregulation

Government.
Do not replace until you gain one or more pool in your own turn.
Add one counter to this card when an Investment is played. Burn this card and one counter from all Investments in play when this card has the same number of counters as there are players in the game. All Investments gain an additional counter when played.
Funding the Revolution

Requires an anarch. Only usable when you would successfully bleed a player with an investment. Choose a number X and remove those counters from an investment controlled by that player.
Put an ally or retainer into play costing X or less. Reduce the bleed by X.
Burn X corruption counters on minions controlled by the Methuselah you are bleeding to gain 2X pool. Reduce this bleed by X.
Reduce this bleed by X to equip a weapon from your hand costing X or less and remove X counters from an investment that Methuselah controls.
Malkavian Lottery

X
Investment.
Put this card in play with 2X counters on it. During each Methuselahs untap phase they may move 1 pool to this card and burn the top card of their library. If that burned card is a Master card, the Methuselah burning that card gains half of the counters on this card (rounded up) and the Methuselah controlling this card gains the remaining counters.

I like investments too. They are silly for sure, but they are fun. My Ventrue Sovereignty deck is quite fun, when it gets going it is hard to oust and can start ousting its prey one at a time. Not even close to a "tier 1" but it is quite fun.

I relly like these two cards and would play them.
I really like it, except if you pass it enough times you could drain all your prey's vampires. I wouldn't even use it necessarily as an investment. I would use it just to drain vamps. This seems quite powerful to me (but not too powerful). I guess it requires a title and No one really could complain since parity shift belongs to the Camarilla Clowns.
Using the corruption counters to fuel investments is a great idea. Another idea may be to use the removal of corruption counters to move investments counters to your pool.

Some of these cards are AMAZINGLY FUNNY with Alan Sovereign#. Have you considered what will happen if he is in-play with these?
