I'd like to add a card:
Fake bills
+1 stealth action.
[chi] Gain 1 blood, or burn a counter from an investment to gain 1 pool.
[CHI] As above, and put this card on the acting vampire. This vampire may burn this card to get +1 bleed or 2 votes for reminder of the action. You may burn this card during untap phase to move a counter from an investment you control to your pool.
* inferior effect doesn't restrict "stealing" investment counters from opponents

Some nive ideas, but most do not adress the main issue with investment : that the bloat is very slow and master intensive (except Quicken accounting and some ideas in the replys).
It's not much use putting lots of counters in play if you do nothing with them afterwards
E.g. a simple action to move all counters from an investment you control to your pool would be handy, or more ways to pay for stuff with investments... instead of trading corruption counters for investments I'd do the opposite ^^
Emergency foundings
+1 stealth action
costs 1 blood.
Move all counters from an investment card you control to your pool. Only one Emergency foundings may be played each turn.
Pots-de-vin
+1 stealth action
costs 1 blood.
add a corruption counter to a minion controlled by your predator or prey. If the number of your corruption counters equals or exceeds that minion's capacity or cost, burn all of your corruption counters to take control of him or her.
burn an investment card to add X corruption counters to a minion controlled by your predator or prey, where X is the number of investment counters on that card.
(only inferior would trigger a control change)
Shut up and take my money

Burn an investment counter on an investment card you control to gain +1 bleed. (no "you cannot further increase the bleed" clause)
stuff like that...

Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

"Slipshank Investment"

Add one counter to an investment. If the action is successful, untap this minion.
As
above, and take control of the investment.
Put this card in play and untap this minion. During your untap phase, burn this card to gain 2 pool.
"Alan Sovereign Esq."

Unique mortal retainer with 1 life.
If the minion with this retainer is ready during your master phase, you may move a counter from an investment you control to your pool. You may not use a master phase action to move a counter from an investment used by this retainer.
"Extortion Boon"

Boon. Investment.
Another Methuselah may move a pool to this card as it is played to give a minion he or she controls +2 intercept. You may use a master phase action to move a counter from this card to your pool. Burn this card if it has no counters.

I love all the cards in this thread.
Fund the Revolution might be better as an action card, with the
version putting the card into play as a permanent effect.
