file Idea: Crypt acceleration as minion card

While being the best game ever created, I´ve always felt that VTES has alot of "blind spots" in it´s design. There are hundreds of mechanics and variants of things to explore. This is one of them.

For a while I have been thinking of why all (well most) decent crypt acc is master cards (Info Highway, Zillah´s, Grooming, Dreams). Does it have to be that way? I don´t have a exact card submission, but it could look something like this:

Cardtype: Action
+1 stealth. Move 3 pool from your pool to a vampire in your uncontrolled area.

Philosophy: Fast games are nice! Raise the stakes early and people will be ousted! And it´s boring to fill all master slots with crypt acc.

Items that came up when I pitched the card for some friends:
- You have to play alot of these cards to draw them early (ie, the same problem as other crypt acc)
- Should a card like this have more effects, to make it playable later in the game. What effects? (If it was a discipline card, lets say for Presence, a +1 bleed at inferior would be solid, but with a non-disciple card I´m not sure)
- Should you only be able to move pool to a younger vamp than the one making the action? Or to a older vamp?
- The card helps Parity Shift decks (not a problem IMO)
- Is the effect too weak? Should it have more stealth? (Even +3?) Or add "and this vampire untaps" or "if his or her capacity is X or more, he or she untaps."
- The card could be given as a clan-card to a clan that is weak, if it "fits" them.

Thoughts?

Why play it instead of say Govern or Reunion Kamut and other such actions ? True, you can use them with your sidekicks, but those are squishy and can be blocked so you'd better off master phase minion acceleration or good cards that accelerate you AND it doesn't cost you pool.

I wouldn't play it in it's current form - it's waste of time that could be spend ousting prey (so it slow down the game) or defending against one. IF it would have innate untap, then yeah - i can see playing some, especially in stealth bleed decks.

The card, as written, is useless, because an action is just way more important (and too easy to make fail) for the effect.

If you want a crypt acceleration done in a unique way and that accelerate game, you may try a rent-a-zillah card that allow you to put a vampire into play for a very limited number of turn. (say, 1 turn per pool or per 2 pool spent)

And if you want a minion card that give transfert, it have to be either permanent or give a lot of them. (maybe, for example, a card that allow to put 2 blood from your pool to any number of uncontrolled vampire)

Turn 1: Jake Washington + 1 cap. (2 minions)
Turn 2: Jake & 1 cap both play this card on 3 caps. Influence out another weenie yourself. (4 minions worth 11 pool or so without a 'crypt accelerator' card)

A big forest of both of these, weenies and Effective Management will probably result in the most redonculous breed-type decks. This will just result in great hordes of weenies (even though it is still your pool) because you can either: a) tribute to the master, b) Villein + Lilith's

I think that it could be a cool effect. Maybe something more like:

Call the Great Vampire
Action
Requires an ally or a vampire below capacity 6
+2 stealth action
Cost: X pool
Move X+1 pool to a vampire above capacity 5 in your uncontrolled region.

Costs an action, which is largely considered worth a pool. Usable for 1 pool later in the game. Requires crypt diversity. Helps accelerate the game.

Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.
