ANd both have fortitude anyway. Not that Tremere are that bad at avoiding combat with Mirror Walk and Obedience.

The only interesting thing in the proposed card is that it hose carrion crow, which is a bit too strong and easy to use to my taste.

Salubri, well...they have, well, Aensthetic Touch. And Fortitude. And are Scace and therefore don't count.

OK, let me rephrase my original statement - before Rego Motus, Tremeres/!Tremeres were the only clan that had access to neither S:CE or any discipline-based prevent.

That sounds about right, right?

Thats not true either, Malkavians and !Malkavians didn't have any either before Rego Motus (because the obfuscate s:ce is from the same set as Rego Motus)

Why not Dodge at inferior and S:CE at superior instead of prevention?
