Playtesting for a new PCK VTES Laibon set begins

Dear V:TES Playing Community,

As we have promised, our current project is a Laibon-focused set. It will contain over 80 new crypt and library cards which focus heavily on the four major Laibon legacies and further explore the concepts of Aye and Orun. The set is based upon canon lore as well as other African myths and secrets.

Work on this set has been progressing well, and we are proud to open it up for playtesting. We invite any and all to participate. We will start distributing Round 1 PDFs to playtesters on January 1st, 2013. Please email

for more information. If you don’t have a playgroup for practical feedback, you can nevertheless help by giving theoretical feedback if you want to.

We hope that this new addition to the game of V:TES will inspire players to experiment with new deck ideas and provide long nights of fun and enjoyment.

You seem to be more interested in being right about what belongs where on the forum, than propagating news about your new cards.

If this is true: good luck, this is the internet - where everyone is wrong by default.

Dude! I so wanna test! Seriously, was the window open only from Dec 29th to Jan 1st? Say it ain't so, that'd be ridonkulous! Most of us would've been in mid-swing of our New Year's bender.

There is still time to jump in for latecomers and we are still looking to increase our sizeable number of playtest groups.

I'm sorry that the invitation was on a very short notice and left the impression that the window has already closed, which it hasn't.
