I know I'm too rusty as I don't post anything since 2011, but I'll try to do my best =)
First:
Name: The Dead's Pool
Cardtype: Unique Master
Cost: 1 pool
Clan: Baali
On the Untap phase, this Methuselah should transfer one counter from his pool to this card. A vampire may pay X, where X is the number of counters on this card to search for a discipline card on your deck and move it to a vampire, face down, on the uncontrolled area. Master cards move to a vampire on the uncontrolled ared does not count to the total pool needed to influence that Vampire. When moved to the controlled area, face up the master cards on that vampire. Any vampire may burn this card with a
action that costs 1 blood.
Flavor text: ?
Art notes: a black hole pool, filled with bodies and a neonate kneed, with blood on his mouth
World of Darkness reference: Blanbook: Baali
How does this card address a compelling game need?: The Baali, as a lineage, are weak and need some fix. While this will never fix them, giving a new discipline to a vampire - such as a presence, or an obfuscate, as Daimoinon has no discipline card and mal and str aren't disciplines - will balance a little. The Pool of Organs is the origin of the idea, pag 30 of the book, and there they say the baali want only those with force of will.
Created by: Me?
Name: Ba'al: The Destructor
Cardtype: Ally
Cost: 1 Pool
Clan: Baali
Unique Demon with X Strength, X Life, 0 Bleed. Infernal.
The Strength and Life of the Destructor is equal of the number of vampires burned you control if the recruitment is done. The Destructor can enter combat with any minion as a
action. If the action is sucessfull, he gets a manuever and a press on the resulting combat. The Destructor may play cards requiring daimoinon (dai) and potence (pot) as a vampire. If his life is 2 or fewer, give him one life at the end of the turn.
Flavor text: "we are sons of the void."
Art notes: A Lovecraftian creature, like a chinese Dragon with a strange face and wings like Kerrigan on Starcraft growing from a circle of ashes.
World of Darkness reference: Clanbook Baali
How does this card address a compelling game need?:
Another Ally, with some offensive way, backing any bruise try.
Created by: Vitor
Name: Apostate
Cardtype: Unique Master
Cost: 2 Pool
Clan: Baali
Requires an infernal vampire. Put this card on a non-baali vampire. This vampire is infernal, and may choose beetwen Obfuscate and Presence to switch for one of his or her clan disciplines.
Flavor text:
Art notes: A vampire drinking from a Baali.
World of Darkness reference: CB: Baali.
How does this card address a compelling game need?:
Putting some vampires on the baali side and filling their lines helps the lineage to be played.

Baali are strong in vtes, not weak, and thoses card seem more or less unplayable because they are so weak.
On a pure cool factor, the demon is extremely underwhelming and flavorless ; the other two are a lot better on this regard, and Apostate do open real, exciting possibility, even if it's way too expensive on this version.
(I don't know if you had already seen it, but HttB have cool Baali card)

I kind of like Apostate because you can put it on other players' vampires
It needs some templating, though: "Clan discipline" is not a game concept.
Name: Apostate
Cardtype: Unique Master
Cost: 2 Pool
Clan: Baali
Requires an infernal vampire. Put this card on a non-infernal vampire and choose a discipline he has. This vampire is infernal, loses that discipline and gains an equivalent level of Daimonion
instead.
The Dead's Pool is worse than the Nosferatu Spawning Pool, which is a performance on its own. 1 pool per turn and a quadratic blood cost?
As it is written, you can bring all the master: discipline cards of you deck into play for free on the turn you play the card, but I guess that was not the intent.
Ba'al does not work as it is because vampires do not burn easily except in a turbo deck, and the last thing we want is new toys for turbo decks. If you want an ally with X, he could get a Strength (and bleed?) bonus equal to his life, gain a life each turn (with no maximum) and some kind of prevent in combat. Replace Infernal with the same clause as the Herald of Topheth: during your untap phase, burn 1 pool or burn Ba'al.
Name: Baal: The Destructor
Cardtype: Ally
Cost: 1 Pool
Clan: Baali
Unique Demon with 0 Strength, 1 Life, 0 Bleed. Requires an Infernal vampire.
Baal gets +1 Strength and +1 Bleed for each life he has. He may prevent 1 damage each combat. He may enter combat with a ready minion controlled by another methuselah as a
action. He may play cards requiring daimoinon
and potence
as an infernal vampire. During your untap phase, move 1 counter from your pool to Baal's life or burn him.
That completely kills the Herald of Topheth, but that one is crappy anyway.

Just ideas, but I liked the way you all changed the cards. And yes, I have seen the baali cards on HttB, but even with them we can't make a pure baali vote deck tier 1, for example. And the baali are the worse nightmare of the camarilla vampires, since the first steps of them from Saulot (cof cof).
The Pool was based on the Pool of Organs, and I must say, despite I would want a card based on this, that one was the worse I have made.
We can make the Ba'al playable with the Herald, changing some steps. He is unique, and the Herald can play presence too...
And the name on the book is Ba'al, hahaha.. not a real name, but a title. The Lord of Destruction (call the barbarians!)
As he has many good things, a higher cost, as the remnant would be better.
And the Apostate was based on a thing created by Nergal =)
