During their untap phase, all Methuselah must pay 1 pool for each location they control.

This card can be burned by any minion as a action.

I don't think the card is a good idea. What problem is it fixing? What strategy is it empowering? What amusement value does it add to the game?

If there is a card like this, it needs to be more like Arika's special. Otherwise, a player could have to burn lots of pool or something with no recourse, since they'll burn the pool before they have a chance to burn the card. That's too jarring to the game.

There's already the Arcanum Chapterhouse

Arcanun is only for prey/predator and for HG's.

This card is more like "Pay for your parthenon or for your heidelberg".

Unlike arika it does not give the location owner the opportunity to burn the locations.

Its more in a disruptive strategy of not letting other players setting up their decks... If you are playing with a Parthenon or a Heidelberg this card can ruin your plans...

So what you mean is that if my meta has a few decks which capitalize on locations (AAA, Girls, Nephandus, Guillaume, Tzimisce wall deck -- to name a few), I get a card that says "kill target Methuselah?

Seems harsh, man. It's not even in the owner's Untap Phase, it's in the locations' owner Untap Phase...

This card, aside from all the above remarks, is a useless card.

Master cards that are neither investments or locations are burned when played, so it will never get around to affecting anybody.

And don't start on the "but it's obvious that this should stay in play" argument. Clarity where clarity should be.
