anarch 3fer card idea

I am troubled with the animalism block fail... maybe you could put something like "Blocking minions cannot use equipment" or "Blocking minions cannot S:CE".

And melpominee also troubles me. Presence is a lot more suited for this effect.

Yes you could create a anarch card with bloodlines disciplines... that should be very interesting.

I think it's too often problematic, especially when the effect is powerful, a bit rare, and off-color, like the animalism one.

Ironically, I like the serpentis idea because vote control is already something that Follower can do a bit, with presence, or hierophant.

Just on the name: why would a Baron shriek more loudly or effectively than a normal anarch?

Aye, these are things that should be considered, certainly, but I feel that a good anarch card should give the discipline something interesting and that usually means going at least slightly outside the normal scope of the discipline. For example, I consider the effect of Smoke and Mirrors rather boring and uninspiring and much prefer, say, of Loose Cannon.

But I do agree that care should be taken and I'm not sure that the effect here is a good fit.
