Auspex untapper

I keep looking at Precognizant Mobility . It's not a great card, I've been trying to find a good use for it, unsuccessfully. Several decks listed on secretlibrary have one or two copies of the card.

Since there is a precedent for Auspex untapping, there is room for another. While Precognizant Mobility is arguably a bad card, it is not completely without value. Balancing a card that will not wallpaper Precog. Mobility is the goal.

"Preparations"

A vampire may only have one Preperations.
Put this card on the acting vampire and this vampire gains a blood from the blood bank. This vampire may burn this card to untap.
Put this card and a blood from this vampire on another vampire. The vampire with this card may burn this card to untap.

"Psychic Web"

Untap a minion and this vampire.
Usable by a tapped vampire. +1 Stealth action. Untap this vampire.
Put this card in play and move any amount of blood from the acting vampire to this card. Each minion you control may burn a blood from this card to untap after a successful action one this turn (including this action.) Burn this card at the end of the current turn.

"Astral Link"

Untap an ally or younger vampire.
Put this card on a minion you control. You may tap this vampire to untap the minion with this card or you may tap the minion with this card to untap the acting vampire. Burn this card if either minion is sent to torpor or burned.

Any other ideas? Lets hear em.

Not sure theres a need for these. I think there should be a card like sense the savage way for aus, where 6+ caps use it, and i think the untap should only be against allies or younger vamps, but precog is bad so its not broken. Giving malks ways to untap for madness network stuff is always asking for trouble, as it lets a sweep be pre-determined if done right. Imagine if malks had an in clan zillahs tears. Decent would become nearly too good.
Fluff wise takine an action to make someone weary i get, and i can see a card like patronage but costing blood being acceptable for temporis, but im not sold on auspex actions that are akin to multiacting. Maybe a change of target that taps a blocker, but not an action.

And psychic web would need to cost 3-4 and be one undirected actions to not be broke. Again, see madness network. Or maryanne lawfirm. Maryanne plays web, untaps. Then 2-4 princes call krc and bleed. Thats at least 12 pool damage with just krc and governs, if they get through, which can happen with p paragon and or seduction/ bonding nonsense. Stupid good, as is.

I used it a lot in all spirit marionette decks. Pure win

Wow, Psychic Web is way too strong, even if the original action isn't on +1 stealth. The fact that it works on minions rather than vampires, the fact that even the original action isn't a wasted one and the fact that the untap is unconditional makes it way too powerful...

I mean, for example, compare it to My Kin Against the World, which untaps already tapped vampires, costs, has limitations (one per turn, younger or laibons) and has to be passed to work.

The main problem of thoses card is that Auspex does not need the boost. As far as the game stand now, auspex, animalism, and dominate (and maybe some other) should only get two kind of cards : the useless but fun one, and the one who allow very specifics new strategy.

Thoses three would only make auspex even better and clan with it even more dominant.

My kin is very balanced, it costs x, and has to be same clan or laibon in additin to younger. Ive seen it used once with arishat and the horde, and ive used it with lutz and madness network. Its rough but appropriate.
