Change of Target still makes it "broken", since it'll STILL untap you if you're blocked while playing Draft Force of Will.

I played for a very long time blessing of the name x 9, plus some x4 change of target in case i'm blocked (so i can at least untap one guy) : this function exactly the same way, and nobody ever called it broken.

@Floppy : Once a turn opens no highway to abuse-hell.

Sure, but Blessing of the Name means you're playing !Salubri. This proposed Auspex card means you're playing any of a bajillion vampires with Auspex.

And who can be inner circle with Dominate.

The second of your cards needs a little change. A tapped minion can't take actions, even actions to untap themselves without text allowing the action to be used by a tapped minion (See Movement of the Slow Body).
