Shortly after I posted it, I thought it should have been limited to the number of Gangrel Antitribu. The wording wouldn't be that bad: During your discard phase, if you control more Collusions than Gangrel Antitribu, burn all your Collusions.
Sabbat. Animals, Wraiths and Zombies Molloy recruits or employs get an additional life.

Collusion feels a little too easy to cycle, and a little too Death Star-y, but I like the thrust. It could provide an interesting option for a breed-y Gangrel Antitribu deck. I might put in something like "Burn all of your Collusions when your prey is ousted" or maybe limit it to the number of Gangrel Antitribu you have. (The wording to achieve that might be a bit annoying.)

I think the tap the modifying vampire is perfect for an !Gangrel, using multiple in same round sounds legit it's like each one is bleeding for 1 without the hassle of being blocked and combat... you just need to get that final powerbleed through... a contingency to get rid off all collusion counters seems appropriate

I kinda like the theme of these card ideas. I think they need to be fleshed out more, but a good start.
Here are my thoughts:
1) Roll them into one card, and simplify them a bit:
"One with the Pack"

:!gang:
Only usable by a vampire that is not acting or currently attempting to block.
Tap this modifying vampire to give the acting vampire +1 bleed.
Only usable on a
action targeting you or something you control. Give the reacting vampire +1 intercept. A tapped vampire may burn a blood to play this card while tapped.
2) I kinda like the mechanic of "put it into play, or burn the ones in play" idea. You have to be careful, because it could get stupid.
Collusion

:!gang:
Only usable on a successful bleed. Tap this modifying vampire to put this card into play. A Gangrel antitribue you control may burn all Collusions you control to bleed as an action with +X bleed, where X is the number of Collusions burned.

For a clan with obfuscate and protean (and therefor very little trouble with successful actions), "tap to do Y" needs to have Y be something better than a bleed for 1. Tapping to give an acting vampire +1 bleed or to put into play a card that could give +1 bleed later doesn't meet that threshold.
