There are plenty of interesting idea above.
The main goal of the card was to buy some time against a heavy bleeder deck. For instance, a deck that would require time to set up can slow down a little a DOM or DEM bleeder. It is absolutely not meant to be an auto include but fits only some decks that need some time to set up as I said.
May be it lacks something extra to make it worth a slot, like:
Name: Fake Assets
Cardtype: Reaction/Action
Discipline: Chimerstry
Cost: 1 blood
[REACTION][chi] Reduce a bleed against you by 2.
[ACTION][chi] +1 stealh action. Put this card into play and untap this vampire. During your untap phase, if you've lost 6 or more pool from bleed since your last untap phase, gain 1 pool.
[ACTION][CHI] As above, and a minion that successfully bleeds you for 4 or more doesn't untap as normal during his or her next untap phase.

The concept is perfect for chi, but the delivery isnt stromg enough if yiu need to be bled for 6 to gain from it.
Im thinking that if it gave you "fake pool" it would fit thematically. "Add 4 facade counters to your pool. You may burn facade counters instead of pool when burning pool due to a bleex or political action. You may not play fake assets if you have more than 1 facade coumter in your pool. If another methuselah steals a facade counter, burn it."
Superior could be 6 counters and the minion untaps.
Maybe add something about it not being pool, just counters. Even maybe put them on the card itself mstead of in pool, but still be burned or stolen instead of pool with bleeds and political actions.
Feels very chi though, very ravnos.
Ravnos dont need help, but thats no reason to not make new toys for them.....

I like how if you have 6+ of them out, it negates the effort of the bleed each turn. Id say give it a way to get burned by minions with aus or something. The trick would be running Anu to make sure you can gain pool.
But, it takez so much setup to spam it its not broken, which is good.

I can imagine playing that. The uniqueness makes it harder to stack. The superior makes it roughly free. It's only one pool reduction per turn (on average).
It's possibly a fraction on the middle-of-the-road side, and might benefit from something slightly punchier, more eye-catching. But it seems fairly solid as is.

Name: Fake Assets
Cardtype: Action - Unique
Discipline: Chimerstry
Cost: 1 pool
+1 stealh action.
[chi] Put this card into play and untap this vampire. During your untap phase put a counter on this card. You can burn counters from this card instead of paying pool when you are target of a bleed action to reduce the bleed amount of one pool for one counter.
[CHI] As above, but put a counter on this card.

I think it's OK. When you have 7 of these in play, then your predator just has to be smart enough to not bleed you for more than 5 each turn.I like how if you have 6+ of them out, it negates the effort of the bleed each turn. Id say give it a way to get burned by minions with aus or something. The trick would be running Anu to make sure you can gain pool.
