Only usable after opponent's strike is determined. This vampire Dodge his strike, if it's damage dealing stike, this vampire take half damage from it (rounded down). A vampire may play only 1 Evade each round of combat.

Bit wordy, but i didn't want it to give prevent, just dodge - so it's countered by cards that prevent dodging.

Isn't particularly clear what reason he'd want to go independent for. Yeah, he gets a blood - but why not stay Sabbat? He could also go independent at any point he wanted using the built-in go anarch action (which obviously has a blood cost).

It's not really obvious why this is a special worth printing.

Auspex, blocky - seems to be covering similar design space to Talley from group 2/3. Doing something different would seem more interesting.

The special makes him/her/it really quite annoying to include in a deck.

The special doesn't feel particularly debilitating. AUS/CEL, are you planning on playing a blocky gun deck? So it feels somewhat over budget.

Rafiq is from Iberia by Night, so he might feel enticed to meet Badr.

Zadkiel isn't figher like Talley (who have ), on the other hand he have some unique merit allowing him to see in darkness or something.

Boo's special is very panderesque, not that and are powerful enough to warrant this kind of special, but it sound interesting. Boo is just a blank name in wod lore anyway so he can use any set of disciplines. There is just one problem with the card, according to some sources, Boo isn't pander but tzimisce.

Galliano is meant to improve Asurganesh and some HoS with . I build such deck with WWS and it was quite nice, except vampire selection sucked. (from necromancy i used mostly Divine Sign and Trochomancy, along with odd Call of the Hungry Dead), so he can be 5 cap with with ease. But then he would be far more valuable in gun deck, which is not intended.

First of all, having a non-unique chump blocker for basically no cost in pool, uncontrolled slots or crypt composition is an insanely good combat defense. This is comparable to Nocturns, except it's available to any non-Camarilla deck. If that was the intention, this is definitely too strong. If not, you could give it -1 intercept.

Second, with the current wording you can build a crypt with an arbitrary number of Shovelheads and chain them all out with a single transfer.
