Card Submission: Unseelie Childling was created by Klaital
Name: Unseelie Childling (Pooka)
Cardtype: Ally
Cost: 2 pool
Discipline: None
Clan: Ravnos
Changeling with 0 bleed, 0 strength, 2 life
Childling can play cards requiring superior Chimerstry
as a vampire with capacity of 2, cards requiring Chimerstry cost her one less blood to play. Childling can tap an ally or a vampire of capacity less than 8 as a +1 stealth D action. Childling cannot do D actions targeting a minion who has a Cold Iron card.
Flavor text: 'Frivolous! Wasting their time on pranks and nonsense. What's that gonne get 'em?' -Drago McHenry, Nocker.
Art notes: A young girl of around ten years of age, who, while looking predominantly human, has some distinct features of a particular animal. She looks quite playful and mischievous, and appearing quite bright and colorful, as opposed to the landscape in the background which looks dull and gray in comparison, as if she would belong to a different, much brighter world than where she is in.
World of Darkness reference: Pookas are one of the various changeling kithain, described in Chageling: The Dreaming, who are quite notorious tricksters playing various pranks on everyone.
How does this card address a compelling game need?: I figured that Ravnos could use an actually playable ally, which offers some useful support, while not having any bleed so while its not unique, you probably don't want to spend pool to get overly many of them. It could offer different types of support in different kinds of Ravnos decks, like the more bleedy kinds could use it to tap blockers from the way of their vampires, while more blocky ones could use it to play Draba and Ignis Fatuus for free. It has no built-in combat survivability abilities and only 2 life so it is quite fragile, but superior Chimerstry gives options to survive combat, if you choose to play those in your deck.

Question: do you mean "Can play cards requiring Chimerstry as a vampire with superior Chimerstry and 2 capacity"? As it stands, it's arguable that you can only play cards at superior, based on: "When played, a split Discipline card counts as requiring the Discipline being used (for effects that enhance or restrict cards that require certain Disciplines). In the hand (or library or ash heap), the card can be considered to require either Discipline (for effects that retrieve cards that require certain Disciplines). [LSJ 20020510]" Could be clearer, anyway.
Overall, I sort of like it, and applying my informal "Would I prefer to play Mylan Horseed?" rule-of-thumb, it's pretty decent. The non-uniqueness makes me a little antsy, as does the cost reduction. A fattie playing Reality, followed by a bunch of Trick of Danya (for free) with stealth (or negative intercept) from a host of free or 1 blood action modifiers. Feels a bit uncomfortable, though probably no worse than could be done already with Path of Paradox, although you do get the ability to easily tap a vampire this way.
I'd certainly be interested to see something like this card in the game, and I've long wanted more Ravnos allies, given their numerous connections with mortals in the WoD.

The intent is for it to be able to play both basic and superior levels of chimerstry cards. If you want a swarm of guys doing trick of the danya, you can already do that with tumnimos just fine (as trick doesn't have superior effect anyway), who can also bleed if there is nothing to trick. The cost reduction is there mainly because there is very very few chimerstry cards that don't cost at least 1 blood, so without it, a 2 life ally with no inherent way to regain life wouldn't really get much mileage out of being able to play chimerstry cards in the first place. I was considering though making the tapping action to not be at stealth, as well it can get stealth with chimerstry decently enough, though then I am not sure if it would be worth 2 pool anymore.
