This card helps prevent random crosstable hate from votes, at least allowing folks who might end up taking damage to have chance to prevent it.
It strengthens intercept walls and combat decks at the expense of vote decks.

There is something that is designed to work a fair bit like this... Yawp Court.

If you ever played combat-vote if Yawp Court, you would know, that it actually serves as vote-gain. You torp vamps until you have votelock or you deal with them just to for them to be able to play their politics in turn that you play yours. Think Hektor+Yawp Court.

I'd advice against similar concept for wall-vote. You could Eagle Sight or Yawp Court as it is. Random cross-table hate is table control and there is nothing wrong with that.

Upon reflection, this is weak compared to Yawp Court, which bypasses stealth entirely.
