The problem has already been covered it would seem.

Sacrificial Lamb
Type: Action
Requires: Obfuscate
Cost: 3 blood
[obf] Burn a vampire in torpor that you control. The acting vampire gains blood equal to the burned vampire's capacity (ignore excess blood). You may also transfer equipment from the burned vampire to this one. This action is not considered diablerie.
[OBF] (D) As above, but burn a vampire in another Methuselah's torpor region.

Name: No One Saw Nothing

Sorry, but I think this game has enough "only playable during diablerie"-wallpaper.

Ironically, eyes of the dead is the posterchild for wallpaper cards (and is of course usable during diablery)

But if its a poster child for wallpaper...... what do you choose to cover your walls with ;)

Anyway:

Double negatives are annoying. The name means what it says, which is that "there is no person who didnt at least see something" which leaves open an implication of everyone seeing everything as a possibility. Now, barring OJ simpson situations with lots of money and Johnny Cochran being involved, if you get caught doing something, and everyone knows you did it (working on socially unacceptable stuff, not rules or mores but big atuff) you will normally face punishment.

So, the name implies yoid get seen, and caught, logic dictates you burn.

Anyway, beyond that:

Obfuscate can burn torpid minions, equipment, locations, action modifiers or combat cards requiring aus as its played, and political actions requiring a title. Its a tricks and hiding discipline, and its gotten its utility stretched into areas where it gets sometimes undue amounts of love compared to other stuff.

It does alot, it doesnt neex more. It has sce, bleed pump, vote pump, stealth, and the above mentioned stuff. Doing more of the same or diversifying alot isnt needed. At all.

Sacrificial lamb is underplayed because its pretty huge burning a minion, especially a big one. You get capacity of target -3 back. But its playes rarely, so why would this be needed?

Im being practical, and not just mean. Anyones welcome and encouraged to respond in this manner to my posts, especially recent Gangrel ideas.

Ha! I don't care at all about the name of the card. "no one saw nothing" was just what popped into my head in the middle of the night.

When I think about new cards I think about how combat can be improved as a means to oust. There is a truly VAST variety of ways to get vamps into torpor. The problem, as I see it, is that it's too easy to get vamps out of torpor so I want to come up with ways to address that.

I had completely forgotten about Sacrificial Lamb since no one ever plays it. But, the idea was: thematically, if you can successfully "sneak" (you are unseen) a Diablerie you shouldn't have to suffer the Bloodhunt vote. Considering the number of combat cards it takes to put a vampire in torpor, I felt that the game needed an easier follow-up action to try to burn it. In general, I was thinking about how such a card might be a nice addition for the Nosferatu, Samedi, and City Gangrel.
