Submission: Nomad Legend was created by ReverendRevolver
Cardname: Nomad Legend
Master
3 pool
Requires gangrel
Unique master. Put this card on a Gangrel you control with capacity 9 or more. The Gangrel with this card may tap it during your predators turn to be able to act during the end of that methusleahs minion phase.
Or
Nomad Pack
Master
3 pool
Requires Gangrel
Unimque master
Put this card n play. Independent Gangrel with capacity greater than 6 can act at the end of any methuselahs minion phase as though it is yours. If they do, titled vampires with city titles get +1 intercept against them.
Any titled vampire may call a referendum to burn this card as a +2 stealth political action. Camarella and sabbat titles are worth one less vote in that referendum, and independent titles are worth one more.
Art notes: single(above) or several(below) gangrel in the woods.
Theme: they are nomadic, and good at it. Easily harder to track than other vamps.
Need: malks have done good. Its almost broken, due to fortitude, but they neex SOMETHING good. And this is something good.

There is no "end of that Methuselah's minion phase". That caused a number of issues, so Madness Network and Enkil Cog were reworded to allow sequencing of actions following the normal sequencing rules (so when the Methuselah whose turn it is passes, you can take an action - and after your action, the Methuselah whose turn it is can now sequence another, if they want, just like playing before range cards).
Additionally, the words "as though it is yours" make me want to scratch my eyes out. (This might be an added bonus.) Whose turn is it? Can I play Out-of-turn masters? Can the Methuselah whose turn it normally is do so? Do we both think it's our turn? Can the Methuselah whose turn it really is even though it's now sort of mine play Power of All? All of these questions could be resolved, but I'd much rather not open a huge can of worms on the issue.
If going for the former, I'd much rather see it reworded to function more like Enkil Cog:
At three pool, it's quite expensive, even without a burn clause - compare with Enkil Cog. Yes, you get more flexibility in the action, and yes it makes it somewhat easier for the Gangrel to access Rotschreck, but 3 pool is still quite a lot for a single vampire. I'd be tempted to make it "ready Independent Gangrel" not just any Gangrel, as otherwise the almost outright best thing to do with this card is to give it to Stanislava and cackle. A lot. Lots of cackling. Probably give her an Enkil Cog too. More cackling.
I could go for:
I'm not quite feeling the other version, possibly because a pack of Gangrel nomads feels a bit weird, when they tend to be much more solitary, and this is sort of the opposite of that? Also because half the card is the burn clause, but personally I would much prefer it to be worded more like Madness Network.

Out of turn acting scares me every time it comes up. It basically means "What happens if you can act without fear of Archon Investigation or Sudden Reversal from my prey?" or "What horrible thing can I do if I can Spirit Marionette in my Predator's turn and still have the victim minion during my Untap and Master phases?"
It just opens up a LOT of horrible situations that you have to be SUPER careful of designing around. If you want to put more pressure, make it like an Army of Rats that happens during your Predator's turn.
