[Submission] Ninos Heroes

Taken from "Mexico at Night", based on Nos-anti and Black Hand member Teresita. She trains new recruits in the tough Barrio de Tepito. The design concepts comes from having her recruits train on mortal targets and then if successful moving up to kindred targets.

Why you just don't put a "burn an ally" condition to play on it, as War Ghoul and others, and let it go for the vamps from the beginning?

When Niños enters play, burn an ally you control. Los Ninõs Heroes can strike for 2R damage once each round. They may enter combat with any minion with a action.
