Tap this card to give an acting wraith, mummy, or zombie +1 stealth or tap this card when an action to recruit a wraith, mummy, or zombie is announced to give the acting minion +1 stealth.
This submission is not grounded in any specific cannon writings that I know of, but for those familiar with Wraith, Mummy, or even detailed Giovanni lore there must be something. The concept is that the dead that have come back are crafty and not easy to catch or see. Zombies may need to be excluded because they are slow and dumb. This can help make up for their lack of disciplines or powers (yes, some have basic necromancy..) Currently you have to have obfuscate or be FoS or use other niche cards. The name could be different depending on what cannon supports the card.
Art Notes: a foggy cemetary with a wraith that is mostly obscured moving into the woods nearby.
"It's a dead man's party
Who could ask for more?
Everybody's comin'; leave your body at the door
Leave your body and soul at the door..."

A somewhat annoying problem is that this and In Memory of the Two Lands, in an effort to make mummies more viable, eat into your precious master card slots for something that's probably doing you a lot less good than the alternatives. This isn't helped by the fact that mummies are all (I think) unique, and don't have that much synergy together, making it hard to build decks round them. A good non-unique mummy would help.
It's not super interesting for Shamblers. +1 stealth on a rush action wouldn't be awful, but probably not super awesome. Possibly interesting for Reanimated Corpse, although Samedi could be doing Cloak/Psychic Veil/Veil the Legions shenanigans.
Most of the good wraiths are unique - Puppeteer is potentially non-terrible, especially if you see a lot of Imbued or weenie decks, and it might work reasonably for them.
The main place where it would probably be something of a boon is Khazar's Diary, and anything that makes Khazar's Diary better gives me the shakes. Although a KD deck might well have better options.

Seems like a good card idea to me, although haven't played with many Wraith or Mummy allies.
I don't recall Zombies in VTM being particularly slow or stupid, they just don't last long and aren't good at doing anything other than basic labour (pretty sure clubs and opening doors using the handle was as far as they could go). They made decent shock troops and labourers for the Giovanni as they worked until they collapsed into dust (don't have a reference on me but am sure I remember it from the Giovanni Clan Book maybe?). The fact that some have access to Necromancy suggests some might be quite bright, even if they don't have the vocal cords and tongue to express it.
Could make it a bit more like a death-magic "Dreams of the Sphinx": give it a counter to burn off every turn but also allow the player to tap it once a turn to give one life or pathos counter to an undead ally: eke their existence out a bit more so they are 'Slipping the noose' in that sense.
