Kine Resources Subverted
Political Action
Cost: maybe should cost 1 pool, but is debatable.
Requires a vampire.
During this referendum, titles are worth one less vote and mortal allies have +1 vote.
Choose a Methuselah other than your prey. If this vote is successful, your prey loses 3 pool and the chosen Methuselah loses 1 pool.

WoD Reference: nothing specific, except for that vampires use mortals to attack each other.

Game need: This gives a vote option for mixed vampire/imbued decks as well as vampire/ally decks.

:tore: :pre: :tem: :aus: Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

It does too many thing in my opinion, and I don't like allies having votes (especially imbueds).

For Imbued, it's not as annoying as it could be - it's only on that referendum, because the card isn't going in play or anything, so you're probably only getting 2 or 3 extra votes on that referendum. Which is still 2 or 3 more votes in favour than most referendums get, obviously, and more like a 4+ swing when you factor in the votes other players may be losing, so it really would need a cost or limitation (e.g. once per turn/game/universe), but there are worse things.

It could be much more hilarious with Brujah weenie allies, though. There are a few older decks in the TWDA that do things like recruit many Arms Dealer (free), Vagabond Mystic (free, unique), sometimes Loyal Street Gang (1 pool), and potentially other useful mortals. And a variety of such decks have circulated over the years. Some use grenades, some use Unmasking, some use Dream World. Esprit de Corps could be fun these days. A smattering of these could add some extra firepower to such decks.

I didn't get that the vote modifiers were only for the current vote.

Yeah, sorry for the confusion, I'll edit the OP.

If you still don't like giving mortals votes even for the single referendum, I totally understand. It could be changed to "Each Methusela (or each Methuselahs' oldest vampire) gains votes equal to the number of mortal minions he or she controls" but that is a lot of text.
