Another idea to put out there.

Name: The Benefit of Experience
Cardtype: Unique Master(?)
Cost: 1 pool to emphasise the difficult in finding a mentor (maybe none if a mechanic for already controlling a ready Vampire).

Reasoning
Vampires with basic-level bloodline disciples could master them, regardless of their clan. Note that this is designed for Vampires who are not part of the bloodline clan but have the inferior level of the bloodline discipline. They obviously have connections to have learnt a basic bloodline discipline (e.g. for Thanatosis: Smallpox Griet , Unre ). The idea is that the players'/Methuselahs' crypt represents the Methuselahs' attempts to put a team together, and as such they may use their influence to ensure the bloodline minions' teach the non-bloodline minion(s) the Superior version. Obviously this would potentially mean that Spontaneous Power could be used to give any Vampire the inferior version of a Bloodlines Discipline (if they didn't have it already) and then use this card to fully upgrade, but total cost would be up to three pool and up to two MPAs.

I originally thought that it would only be usable if you had a Vampire with the Superior version of the Bloodlines discipline in play already (the 'willing teacher' is already under the control of the player/Methuselah): this requirement might remove the pool cost, or demote the Master action version to a Trifle. But this all seems very difficult to write succinctly and I'm not aware of a precedent in VTES. Also thought about "Move a blood from the teacher to the student Vampire" (obviously the student Vampires' capacity increases by one). An interesting "negative aspect" of this could be that other Vampires from the same bloodline controlled by a different Methuselahs could enter combat with the possessor of the card (maybe this would knock it down to being a non-unique Trifle?) as other factions seek to wipe out a non-clan practitioner of their unique Discipline?

Note: the two actions of Clan Impersonation (2 blood) followed by Sanguine Instruction could achieve this already, but the goal is not to permanently change the clan of the student Vampire.

Card text
Unique Master/Master(?): Only playable on a vampire possessing a basic bloodlines discipline (:dai:, :mel:, :myt:, :obe:, :san:, :spi:, :tem:, :thn:, :val:, :vis:). Put this card on the vampire and choose a Discipline. This vampire gains the advanced level of the chosen Discipline. While in play, this card counts as a master: Discipline card, and the Vampire gains one capacity.

Flavour text
Practice improves; but a good mentor doubles the benefits.

Art notes
Art box segmented into four, with a 'training' aspect represented in each one like a training montage.

World of Darkness reference
None. Comes from my musing on using non-bloodline Vampires in a predominantly bloodline clan deck.

Comments welcome :-)

If you only need 1 level on 1 vampire, you could probably get by with Spontaneous Power

Spontaneous Power
Master
[2 Pool]
Unique master.
Put this card on a vampire and choose a Discipline. This vampire gains 1 level of the chosen Discipline. While in play, this card counts as a master: Discipline card.

I see hardly any benefit in making a card in between a regular discipline card and Spontaneous Power. If that 1 pool breaks your deck, get a Wider View inside or something :P

!malk! :OBF: :DEM: :cel: :cap6: Sabbat. If this vampire's bleed is successful, he laughs manicly and untaps.

As the card text is written, it does not function as you describe.

If I understand you correctly the card should read: "Choose a bloodline discipline this vampire possesses at basic. This vampire gains a level of the chosen discipline."

As stated, you could chose any vampire with a bloodline discipline and give her superior Dominate with the card.

:tore: :pre: :tem: :aus: Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

The other week a friend played their !Salubri deck, so I saw Blooding by the code and, in a separate deck, an Abombwe master: discipline for the first time.

Clearly the way to go forward. Apologies: please ignore earlier suggestions.

Thanatosis
Master: Discipline. Trifle.
2 pool

Cost reduced by 2 for Harbingers of Skulls :hosk: or Samedi :same:.
Put this card on a vampire with basic Thanatosis :thn: or either level of Necromancy :nec: :NEC:. This vampire gains one level of Thanatosis :thn:. Capacity increases by 1: the vampire is one generation older. Cannot be placed on a vampire with superior Thanatosis :THN:.

(Cost to represent rareness of willing teachers if not from the Cappodocian bloodlines - OK, the Giovanni are as well but would suggest that the Samedi would charge a high price, so they pay 2 pool like the others).
