The Souls of Saint Louis Cemetery No.1
Unique master location.
Harbingers/Samedi
Tap to add a pathos counter to any card that uses them.
Put a counter on this card each time you tap it. When the third counter is added, remove this card from the game.

Flavour text
"Best avoided after dark - actually, best avoided altogether"

Art notes
Rows of battered crypts. It's a real place, plenty of photos online - just needs to be slightly more creepy/WODish..

World of Darkness reference
None.

How does this card address a compelling game need?
Extend the life of cards/actions that use Pathos counters e.g. "Grasp the Ghostly" (www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?lib=895) and "Reanimated corpse" (www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?lib=1593) - useful cards for Samedi/Harbingers, but very short-lived - this helps somewhat. Made free rather than costing pool due to it burning rather than going to the ash heap (which is easy to retrieve in a Necromancy deck) - am working on the principle that spirits are used to generate Pathos and therefore are used up. Am working on another card idea that uses pathos counters too.

Master
Samedi/Harbinger of Skulls
Unique Location.
When you play a card using Pathos counters, that card gains an additional Pathos counter. Any vampire with Necromancy may steal this location as a (D); wraiths and zombies get +1 intercept to block this action.

When designing a card that has limited uses and adds counters to the table, the "Dreams of the Sphinx" model is inefficient. Every time the card adds a counter to the game the player adds a second counter to the card. However, if you put the counters on the card initially - the "Twilight Camp" model - the player simply moves the counter from the card to the target. One action, fewer counters on the board.

Put this card in play. Put a counter on this card each time you tap it. When the third counter is added, burn this card. Tap this card to get +2 hand size until the end of the current turn. Tap during your untap phase to gain an additional pool if you have the Edge. Tap to move a blood from the bank to a vampire in your uncontrolled region.

Put this card in play with 4 counters. When you put a non-titled, non-anarch vampire in play from your uncontrolled region, you may burn a counter from this card to make that vampire anarch (and independent). You may burn a counter from this card to add a blood to an anarch as a master phase action. Burn this card when it has no counters.

Thanks both,

Dorrinal: what a simple yet great idea. Thanks for the suggestion! I bought the "Barons" and "Gangs" Anarch starters but never got into them, and not seen Twilight Camp before.

Juggernaut1981: only one? ;-) Actually, that's great as you usually have to burn one in untap before you've even had a chance to use the Zombie/Equipment, so that would make it feel like you're not being short-changed. Presumably the wording needs to be clarified slightly though?

I like it, but it mainly works with Reanimated Corpses which is already a good deck. IMO what samedi needs are cards that would help them build some new, tournament level, decks.
