Art notes
Difficult. Often paler as roots are thought to be from Saint Brigit from Ireland so no 'fixed' idea. However, similar in look and style to The Baron, except female (insofar as you can tell with a zombie-vampire). Varied images can be found here , here and here .

World of Darkness reference
This website states "[Baron Samedi] was taken by the Setites with his sister Brigette to Haiti" and later "Brigette. Progeny of Macoute. Named after the Baron's wife. [BM]". In the Loa pantheon, Brigette is the wife of the Baron (website with a little more information ).

How does this card address a compelling game need?
Improve amount of Samedi minions; referenced in the source materials twice but not represented. I can only speculate that if the WoD Baron and Brigitte really are 'married' (was her being The Baron's sister a lie to the Setites? – if she was paler it is unlikely that they could have pulled that one off, unless they were both Samedi by that point – I have no idea as to the date the Setites took them to Haiti, but possibly shortly after Lazarus had embraced them? Further speculation as to whether Lazarus embraced both, or if the Baron embraced Brigitte - going with 'Wife' to mean 'equal'). They may have quickly feuded or she quickly fell into torpor for no further references to be made, but that's pure speculation.

Reasoning
The second 'head' of the Ghedde family besides The Baron, hence a vote; called on for healing, hence the ability to prevent damage to any other minion in combat.

Feels quite weak for a nine cap. I was looking for other minions with prevent specials and happened upon Randall who is very similar and 8 cap and titled, but with four superiors. He can only do it once per minion phase, and yours can technically be used many times per combat, across multiple combats, but the blood requirement does stymie quite a lot of abuses there.

I'd consider throwing another level of a discipline in there. Inferior Presence fits potentially well with a more gentle/nurturing personality, perhaps - but it might be something else, maybe inferior Aus if you want a more 'protective' edge to it.

Hmm, I like the idea of basic presence on Brigitte because The Baron has basic Dominate (the yin-yang appeals, and we're well past WW canon anyway). Auspex would mean she'd combo better in a Harbingers deck, but Baron Samedi onwards are 'true' (post-1444) Samedi, rather than 'degenerated' Cappodocians). I suppose if the base version had all in-clan, the advanced version could gain basic Auspex instead (if this is too powerful, then tweak the special down to prevent damage on 'a minion you control' and/or 'once per turn').

Way too weak as a 9 cap. G3 doesnt scream for another Samedi either.

Frankly, g2-3 is the most solid for Samedi, so I would go as far as to say a strong support vamp (6-7cap) in g4,5,6 with an ability to mitigate the blood spent on freak drives and dead hookers would be more helpful.

Disciplines are more similar to later grouping anyway.

Samedi is really one of the weakest clan in vtes. Creating more weak cards for them is pointless. Instead of adding inferior disciplines which probably won't make a difference I would decrease capacity (to make it 8) and gave her all four disciplines at superior.
