[Submission] Sipping the soul (Necromancy/Fortitude) was created by chrisn101
Would be useful for many Giovanni/Harbingers/Samedi. Somewhat of a
Ghost-eater
meets
Succulent Vitea
.
Necromancy required to get at the soul beyond (or within) the blood; Fortitude for efficiency (in the sense of Restoration ).
Sipping the soul

Necromancy/Fortitude
Only usable when a hunt action is successful. Place this card on this acting vampire. When this vampire plays a card that requires Necromancy or Thanatosis, they may burn this card to reduce the cost of that card by 1 blood.
As above, and gain an additional blood from this hunt action.
As above, but play during the hunt action for +1 stealth.

I see no point of making it requiring two disciplines. To make it streamlined I propose that it requires only necromancy and work only on necromancy cards. Apart from those, nice, medium power card. Good enough to put into some decks.

Hi Alek,
Well, it was primarily to help Harbingers/Samedi with Necromancy/Thanatosis costs, so I feel that I'd have to stick to my guns on that point. How about adding basic Obfuscate instead?

still, I think this additional discipline requirement is not needed. I would keep it only NEC. If you want it to help thanathosis as well it's fine but a little weird that card that needs one discpilpine to play is working on other discipline. Or you can make it even better and simpler at the same time:
