It triggers perfectionist.

It could be the 'first action' of a turn, to spoil cards that care about that.

But yeah, I mostly don't see a use for it, but that sort of matches the name 'cantrip'

While Troll is acting his controller gains 1 pool each time a reaction card is played. If Troll has less than his starting life at the beginning of your turn, he gains a life. Do not feed the Troll.
