as a reminder: basic version of petru sipos
Ravnos

Capacity: 7
Group: 2
Independent: Petru can steal 1 blood from a vampire in torpor as a action.

there is no clue about petru background, nor in wiki, nor in various scenarii or clanbooks i ve read. even it s discipline mix is weird as its would rather either indicate a ravnos corrupted by sethites or who diablerized quite a bunch of them.
the + mix is almost nowhere to be seen, only a group 5 vampire shares it. so it seems to be hard to build a whole crypt strategy on it (despite both are offering stealth, maneuvers and various combat cards)
and few vampire uses serpentis except the followers of set and petru shares no other clan disciplines with them.
among groupe 2 and 3 vampires, including sipos:
- 7 vampires shares animalism and serpentis
- 9 vampires shares fortitude and serpentis
- 23 (mostly ravnos) have fortitude and animalism and chimestry in common with petru
furthermore his special ability is more than hard to use: you need to find a vampire in torpor with at least one blood point left (which is already quite uncommon except for vampire receiving aggravated damages) and then use one action with no stealth in order to steal one blood point...

so the advanced version i submit to you:

anarch. +1 bleed when bleeding a methuselah with a vampire in torpor.
at close range on the first round of combat, as a strike he can steal a blood or life from the opposing minion.
merged:anarch baron of Athens. he gains an additionnal blood from the blood bank, everytime he steals successfully a blood or a life from a minion.

this advanced version would allow him to be played in both undue influence anarch decks and hatch the viper decks.
his title as merged would allow him to be played along with brunhild and jeremy mac neil.
it could even go into ravnos decks with votes or with a bunch of protean card.

about the city, i was really not sure for the following reasons:
i first thought sipos to be a greek family name.
then i discovered that petru is more widely used (if not only) in romania
and that sipos is an hungarian family name.
after thinking a lot about it, i decided to keep athens as there is a praxis card of the city and two camarilla vampires with titles related to it. (in order to increase contested titles and to not make too easy the life of this vampire)
