Camarilla primogen: when Miranda bleeds successfully a methuselah, he discards a card at random from his hand for every anarch he controls.

(merged) in the first round of combat, opposing minions without  cannot use equipments.

Far too weak and inconsequential.

advanced version is not offering anything interesting. on the other hand special of advanced version does make her more playable in that version.

to get her more 'playable' i would either
- add merged dominate so she can join eurobrujahs
- add merged prince title so after merge she is quite usefull, as primogen/primogen at 8 cap there is a huge bunch of vampires you would play rather than her.
- in case you want her to use [inf] version of disciplines rather make her anarch baron as merged (no surprise in WOD that some anarchistic not always brujah primogen takes control over anarchs and then over whole city with their help) you migth not even change her special as advanced so you would make interesting option for other players - anarch revolt on the table make an anarch and discard cards while being bled or burn pool every turn...
