Why use body arsenal for 2 blood? Nobody who plays/played Tzimisce in our local play group, in torni's and online games play this blood expensive card. Why would you when you can play the much better option chiropteran marauder which is a much better/cheaper and is a more flexible option. In (depending on your meta) our meta there is a very slim chance you will just taste it back due to the amount of SCE or prevention that is played. Which means you have to put anti SCE tech in your deck, such as tele/tracking ect, so it would cost 3 blood to continue combat and hope it can be tasted back and not face another SCE or be out maneuvered. I think Body arsenal's function is very good, however the 2 blood cost prevents players using it.
I was trying to add a possible viable aggressive combat option to vicissitude because it really has SO many poor combat cards that have become wallpaper: Immense Size, Body Arsenal (due to cost), Bonecraft, Fleshcraft, Inner Essence and Blood of Acid (good card however like body arsenal it’s too expensive) Liquefy the Mortal Coil, Reform Body and Skin Trap.
If you want to play aggressive combat vs other decks, imo you are only left with a choice of 3 viable/bang for your buck vicissitude cards:-breath of the dragon, Chiropteran Marauder & horrid form. 4 cards if you include Kraken's Kiss which will sends you to torpor if you take 3 damage in combat which means you may have to pack some form of prevention (horrid forms/leather jackets/fortitude/Guardian Angel ect)
I take your point that it’s is over powered and does a too much in one card. I was also trying to create something that more accurately represents the Zulo form from the rpg.I was trying to create something not as over powered, but something that would work well with the other viable vicissitude combat cards(useful with animalism/aus combat cards also).
Another card you never see played: “Mythic Form (Protean:-Play before range is determined on the first round. For the remainder of this combat, this vampire gets +1 strength and can prevent 1 non-aggravated damage each round. A vampire can play only one Mythic Form each combat. PROTEAN:- As above, but with an optional maneuver, and this vampire can inflict 2R aggravated damage as a strike once each round this combat.”
At first glance I thought Mythic Form was over the top, and always put one in all protean decks, however I always seemed to discard it due to blood cost, opting instead for the cheaper option “wolf claws” or "Body Flare".
Above I have edited and changed from a proposed combat card to an Action card.

Very overpowered. Think about it, it does everything a combat deck wants to do for 2 blood. Why bother thinking how many body arsenal, chiropteran marauder and horrid form I need if I can use a card that does the whole deal at once, and as it is for the reminder of combat i can just Telepathic Tracking if combat-ended and keep the whole effect.
Yeah, I'm really not sure why the Tzimisce need a super-efficient card like this that can potentially replace two or three cards. While the 2 blood cost seems high at first glance, the extra damage from the strike means that you can probably Taste blood back from the strike.
It's not really 'complementary' to existing Tzimisce combat card, so much as just quite a bit more effcient. No need to play Horrid Form and Chiropteran Marauder - you get both effects for 2 blood (which you'd have needed anyway), plus they last for the whole combat, plus you get a press.
