Need: support HoS in grouping, added fluff.

Fluff: any given high priestess of the Lamia bloodline was called "Lamia" the last known lamia was blood hunted by cam in 1700s. If one survived, let's say in Africa, they'd probably be smart enough to stay under the radar. Oh, and they worship lilith.

While I agree that HoS could use a solid mid-cap with all clan disciplines at superior, I think that Lamia is a bit weak as listed. She's got the disciplines of a very good 6 cap, a bonus and penalty that mostly cancel each other out in terms of points (plus -1 stealth when hunting isn't very conducive to keeping one's head down), and is Red List on top of that. I think maybe she could use an interesting special or out of clan discipline to counter the Red List.
