+1 stealth, +3 stealth if the action is undirected. -1 stealth when a blocking minion has flight.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:
This is what "Soar" should have been. This card idea is mainly intended for toolbox Gargoyle decks that need to build up (razor bats/preternatural strength/equipment etc), which easily get broken by mediocre intercept, so a significant boost here is justified imo. Could also be used to spawn a lot of hatchlings, which actually might give the gargoyles some ousting power.

Theme wise, how hard is it to block a gargoyle flying high in the sky on a cloudy night?

My first thought when seeing this is Tupdogs calling political referendums at +4 stealth. Maybe that isn't a concern, but it does seem like a huge amount of stealth. Also maybe you should phrase your final clause as something like "Minions with Flight gain +1 intercept when attempting to block this action." I think that would be cleaner than suddenly giving the acting minion -1 stealth when a minion with flight attempts to block it. Makes me very curious to see how problematic (or not) this would be if usable by non-gargoyles with flight.
