It costs less than a palatial estate and does a heck of a lot more!

If you want to balance it, it should be unique, and should probably cost 2 pool or blood.

The bloodhunt defense is kinda weak. Maybe "burn to cancel a bloodhunt against this vampire."

the vampire has +1 stealth on non political undirected actions.
superstitious locals cost 1 additionnal pool to recruit and gain 1 additionnal life when recruited for each superstitious locals in all ash heap and for each superstitious local in play.
