Caregiver
Master, archetype, trifle.
Whenever this vampire successfully makes an action to rescue another vampire from torpor or to give life or blood to another minion, untap him at the end of the action if successful.
if the vampire with this card is a salubri or a harbinger of skulls, actions to rescue other vampires from torpor costs him one less blood (but neither less than 0 blood)
a vampire can have only one archetype.

Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

Every Archetype card gives a blood, and they are also "once per turn." If you want a card that does what you say, it should probably not be an archetype.
There is already Catacombs and Humanitas .
If I were to make an archetype of this name it would go thus:
Caretaker
Master: archetype. Trifle.
Once per turn when this vampire successfully takes an action to rescue another vampire from torpor or give life or blood to another ready minion, this vampire gains a blood. A vampire may only have one archetype.
(I'm not sure if "ready" needs to be stated, but I think it should be clear it does not reward adding blood to uncontrolled vampires.)

So you can take "controlled" instead of "ready"

In fact i based myself on the archetype monster which allows once per turn to spend a blood to untap after a combat where the opposing minion is no longer ready...
i wanted many things with that card:
- i chose to allow an untap instead of a blood gain to avoid such situation as let s say javier montoya with one humanitas or another minion with both catacombs and humanitas who would save vampires for free and even gaining blood from it...
- i wanted to strenghten both harbinger and salubri: harbinger had in roleplaying game special ability to save from torpor... and salubri were known healer and had frequently this archetype
But ok i understand your point that my special lines concerning these bloodlines were kinda too much...
