aus + nec : put this card in play. During your prey untap phases, he burns one card of his library for each ready vampire you control with necromancy.
If he does not and if you control a ready harbinger of skull he loses one pool.
any vampire can burn this card as a +1 stealth action.
AUS + NEC : as above during your discard if your prey has less than 7 cards in hands, he loses one pool.

At first we can link that toward that cappadoccius last revelation was that his clan was doomed... but nowadays as the cappadoccians are back as harbinger we can wonder if it did not rather meant gehenna...

The nowadays goals of the cappadoccian are unknown as they seemed to hasten the process toward the end of times (v20).

Gameplay : first cards printed for harbinger of skulls were about milling tge library with slaughterhouse... however a library empty is not a condition for losing...
this card is an alternate way to brinkmanship.

+1 stealth action. Put this card in play. A Methuselah may not lose more than 1 pool per turn to Escatolaturgy cards in play. Vampires may burn this card as a +1 stealth action.
During your prey's untap phase they burn 1 card for each Ready Vampire you control with Necromancy . If you control a Harbinger of Skulls and your prey does not they also burn 1 pool.
As above, and during your discard phase if your prey has less cards than their hand size, they burn 1 pool.

I like very much your version juggernaut...

The pool loss becomes much more close to an army of rats (still with conditions and with a blood cost) and it makes an almost alternative to bleeds with stealth included for harbinger as well.
