requires a daughter of cacophony
Action modifier
Only usable when an action is announced. Once this action, this daughter may play an action modifier requiring daughter of cacophony, melpomine dementation or presence from your graveyard (use the basic level of the cards if it requires any discipline the daughter does not have). remove both the improvisation a capella and the action modifier played afterwards. Only one a capella can be played per action.

as daughter are constantly mumbling/singing songs it is far from strange that they could improvise something in times of need...

gameplay: mostly to use/reuse a card already in the graveyard... i see mostly cards as ensemble or aire of elation but voter cap or freak drive comes also in mind...
I added the dementation touch as some sources indicate that a malkavian created the bloodline... and as daughter are supposed to drive other people crazy ....
