Show must go on
For/mel
Combat/action modifier card
for: prevent 1 damage
mel + for: play at the end of a successful action requiring presence, melpomine or daughter of cacophony, this vampire can pay a blood to untap.
MEL + FOR: play at the end of a combat involving this acting minion. If this acting minion is still ready, he may burn a blood to continue the action as if unblocked.

I think it needs some work.
The fallback level is decent enough, and given that you don't have a superior Fortitude level, it doesn't completely wallpaper existing damage prevention options. But as a Daughter, I'm probably going to want to play it for the other levels, but this is okay in a pinch when I find myself up against surprise aggravated damage, or some such.
The mel+for level, though, is really just inferior to Freak Drive. which with only Fortitude untaps you after any successful action,
And then the superior Fortitude option gives me the option to untap even when unsuccesful.
There are four Daughters in the game with MEL+FOR: Hillanvale (g6), Gael (g2), Yseult (g3), and Sayshila (g4). So I can have at most two in any given deck, and in g6 I can currently only have one - possibly more if Group 6 gets anything more. But since Scout Youngwood is an 8, you might be expecting any new Daughters to have 6 or 7 capacity, or possibly to double up on the 3/4/5 caps in g5-g6, so even there you may not necessarily get MEL+FOR.
It's obviously comparable somewhat to Form of Mist, though different - you could survive the combat aggressively (e.g. Death of the Drum) or through your own S:CE (with another card) or with damage prevention (if e.g. the opponent hit you with Immortal Grapple), so it's sort of more versatile but requires an extra card. But assuming you intend that it's a combat card at this level - played in combat, just as the round is ending - it's repeatable during the action, which used to be a real gripe with Form of Mist. So I'd potentially turn the superior into an after-combat action modifier, like Hidden Lurker (just played by the acting vampire, obviously), so that it can't be played multiple times in an action. Even with a Bloodlines discipline, being able to plough through blocking tech repeatedly with the same, versatile card is likely to get a bit tedious.
But I'm still a little concerned it becomes a good card for one or two key Daughters, and a bit frustrating for the rest of your deck.

About the daughters able to play the card, i thought the other way around: except 2 of them all (without group consideration) can use basic mel+for... so i was not considering a big issue that only a few could use the top power...
Anyway you are right about the basic level mel+for, it is too limited in this version. in order to make a viable alternative to freak drive, it was not written that you were limited to one by daughter... but the more i m thinking about it, the less i see the point in it (making something similar to una with any daughter ??)
So i am thinking to remove the cost of 1 blood bit to limit as well to one per turn per daughter and to give an untap whether the action was successful or not.
about the MEL + FOR, if i follow you correctly it would into something such as "play this card after this minion was successfully blocked (after combat if any) while performing an action, he can burn a blood to continue the action as if unblocked. Only one show must go on can be played by a minion per turn".
so it would make something such as:
" show must go on
Combat card/action modifier
for: prevent 1 damage
for + mel: only usable when this minion successfully performs an action requiring melpomine, presence or daughter of cacophony. This minion untaps. A minion can play only one show must go on per turn at inferior.
FOR+MEL: unique. only usable when this acting minion is successfully blocked. Put this card on this acting minion. He treats aggravated damages as normal. If any action he performs is blocked successfully and if this acting mknion is still ready after the block (after combat if any), he can spend 1 blood to continue the action as if unblocked. Burn this card at the end of the turn.
