Jean-Paul Pierre LaMont

History: he used to be the toreador justicar toreador around 16th century. He betrayed the camarilla for the sabbat during the set up of a conclave: by chance only one elder of the camarilla perished (and all of their ghouls/retainers used to slow the attacking sabbat vampires).
nothing else is precised in datas concerning him except he was granted a city as a reward.
as the city is not precised. I chose an american city (sabbat members mostly fled for usa during the first year of the sect)

Use in game: he is a fixer: he is able to supplay both group 4/5/6 with votes and to stabilize a crypt in need for justicars.
(First version i was more thinking as a disruptive for camarilla vampires specially the justicars)...
For discilplines, as there were no background indication: i put OBF in order to reflect the ability to put in motion for a long time without warning the camarilla... and pot in order to be able to join it in a brujah or brujah! Deck.

Clan: toreador anti tribu
cap: 8
group 5
CEL AUS OBF pre pot
Archbishop of Houston. Jean paul can pay one blood to play a card requiring camarilla and/or justicar.
