Cameron, can werewolves not use or play those effects? Are innate abilities restricted?

Where does Cameron's conviction come from? Heap, hand?

Is Rachel's ability (D)?

Any thoughts on grouping?

aggravated damage to wraiths or any ally for that matter has no difference to regular damage.
Maybe you meant any successful damage inflicted upon any wraith burns said wraith?

There are plenty of wraiths that are immune to non-aggro damage. Thats kinda their thing.
