VTES Card IIRC are printed 2.5" by 3.5" so you might want to adjust the sizes. You should try 5x7, then you'd get 4 cards (with no margins) onto a "photo".

There are other places out there that could do it as well. I've used a Print-on-Demand place before. They require a little massaging on the images but it works okay.

the problem with using four cards on a 5x7 photograph is twofold: Firstly, we want to get all of card on the photo and there is invariably some clipping that occurs.; I worked for a number of years in photofinishing, and spent some time goofing around with the best way to do things. Second is cost: after a very brief search, on one site i found 4x6 prints for 9 cents and 5x7 prints for a whopping 79 cents. that puts cost per card as 4.5 cents or 20 cents per card, depending on your locale and prices.

another thing i've been considering is pricing things out per sheet of cardstock at the local office supply store, but i haven't had time. it would be the easiest way to get backs and fronts, though.
