Name: Drinking the Mighty
Cardtype: action
Cost: -
Capacity: -
Discipline: -
Clan: -
(Card text)
Bleed your prey for 1 pool (access is removed). If succesfull, this acting vampire gains 2 blood and the pool-counter is put on this vampire. If this vampire has 3 pool-counters from the same player, control of this vampire is transferred to that player.
Flavor text: "The blood of a methuselah is stong, but dangerous"
Art notes: a vampire drinking from another vampires arm.
World of Darkness reference: blood bonds are created after drinking 3 times.
How does this card address a compelling game need?: many times the game bogs down on hunting, because of vamps being low on blood. This helps putting on pressure while keeping enough blood on them. No clan or discipline, because (most) new cards always have one of those restrictions. Blood bonds are one of the most dangerous things in V:tM, but nowhere to be seen in V:teS

If the goal is to make hunting not slow the game, then:
Name: Drinking the Mighty
Cardtype: action
Cost: -
Capacity: -
Discipline: -
Clan: -
(Card text)
Hunt action.
Burn 1 pool from your prey and put a bond counter on this vampire. If this vampire has 3 bond counters from the same player, control of this vampire is transferred to that player.

Original text is clunky and could use some revising, but this simply sucs. Original was a bleed action and could be bounced, making the blood bond part actual risk. This you would never play a third on same player making the drawback irrelevant.

On second thought, I love Kschafers version. While it misses original posters inted, I would definitely play it as it would combo perfectly with Betrayer.
