I agree. I think giving everyone bleed-bounce will tend towards greater homogeneity, both in decklists and playstyles. I think it would push the game towards more stagnation than anything else.
But quick ideas on creative ways to defend against bleeds:
* Conditional Bleed Fails
* Turn Bleed Into Self-Mill
* Cancel Bleed Modifier
* Transient Bloat
* Change Action Type
* Gamble / Bluff Effects
* Blank Vamp Special Text
