the goal is to profide nosferatu and nosferatu anti tribe a more original card.
for both nosferatu and !nosferatu, they were supposed to be working more or less like an intelligence services: providing a cover or canceling attempt to discover the kindred.

Security services
usable only by a nosferatu or a nosferatu anti tribu
action modifier / reaction card
cost : x blood
x is equal to acting minion current stealth
action modifier: cancel a reaction card.
reaction: cancel an action modifier card.
