Catered to boost the sole in-clan identity of Toreador: Grand Ball and Aching Beauty, as well as give them some flavor with tying them into the mortal realm better.

Compare the design space to Saatet-ta as an overall good ally to support the fundamentals of the clan.

- Could be more canon (maybe an LA by Night ghoul or some other Toreador character)
- Could also reduce blood costs for vampires (allowing Scorn of Adonis to be more useful maybe)

The name and theme are absolutely subject for change. I have no knowledge of WoD lore. Suggestions are welcome.

Scorn of Adonis does not cost blood, nor do most Toreador minion cards, but the restriction was put in place to not restrict future card inclusions: reducing blood costs can be huge, depending on where we'd go from here.

Should not cost blood or pool, as is - the effect is very, very narrow and there is a huge opportunity cost of drawing it in time, as is with all cost reduction engines. If more powerful, new synergy cards would be published, it could be debated. As a rule cost reduction cards that are nothing more than cost reduction should not cost themselves. The action taken and opportunity cost are already enough of a cost.
