Nuff said. She has everything the modern Toreador crypt would enjoy, and would make sense with the theme BCP have been trying to push for Toreador: wide board states.

You could fiddle about with her stats, even make her cap-10 and Justicar with +1 Intercept or such, but the main idea is her Fortitude and her ability.

I've been kicking around using her and Eugene, but primogen just aren't great.
The danger with her being a Justicar is that it provides a turbo enabler with her special by giving access to Alastor to fetch soul gem.
That's the only deck I saw work with her before, hitting DtD bleeds(or fow), getting a new Annabelle, special, untap, become 10cap prince off Paris or Monaco, Awe 6, firce of will bleed, burns, soul gem triggers, new Annabelle, special, untap, Monaco/Paris, Awe 6, fow bleed (3 base +1 now) (or get archoned?) New Copy, bleed 4, then 5.....

Never saw in TWDA, but still......

Montecalme was the only G5 Justicar without 4 superior disciplines, the Torries are owed that at this point.

Montecalme actually has in-clans at superior, plus . That said, he's bad anyways.

I mean, again, they thought that Mary Anne's and Rhigetti's abilities were sort of worse than Montecalme's, or that the support crypt or in-clan cards of Ventrue and Tremere were worse than Toreadors', and the two aforementioned deserved another dot of disciplines to make up for this? Granted, it's a neglible point of Potence, but still - it's just insult to injury. Dear god how they've hated Torries for so long. Aaaanyways....

Your version of a justicar is fine for me. There's a slew of opportunities how to approach this, each with their merits, and while I'd kind of like to see something wonky going on here, to establish a properly strong foundation for G67 Toreador would be a priority. Simple and effective designs would accomplish this. See G12 and AAA. Your suggestion accomplishes this.

I've never seen that Annabelle version of Soul Gem turbo - looks fun! Then again, no Soul Gem deck has been robust enough to be a proper menace in vtes, so I wouldn't worry about it. It's fringe at best. All the more power to those who get that off once in their lives.

I found one deck in the depths of the Secret Library many years ago, created by Pascal Betrand.

It is the reason why I have so many copies of Annabelle in my collection, yet I doubt I still have the printout of the decklist ...
