By Night (Live streams) characters as vampires

In my opinion series like NY by night/ LA by night/etc would lend themselves very well for small card packs roughly the size of Fall of London. I mean the pack would contain ONLY new cards made from characters/events from the series. Kind of like getting a bunch of promo cards together for a small sum of money. As long as its financially viable of course.
