How does this card address a compelling game need?: This card was designed with wall decks in mind to give them more options for pool damage and reduce blood on the table. It would need testing to verify if the effects are too strong and if it would be more appropriate to lock it to a specific clan that has wall possibilities (hecata, ravnos, tzimisce, salubri etc).

In essence it is similar to Smilling Jack as an ally, but the counters do not increase and it harms weenie decks more (we need more ways to target weenie decks without having to rely on Scourge of Ennochians). It also has a self-limit on how much damage you can do.

The interesting aspect is the fact it burns life each time you pass the turn while unlocked during discard, forcing you to either take an action (like bleed) with him or use him as a blocker (which can cause damage in combat anyway without damaging other minions due to 0 strength). Making the math he enters with 3 life, burns 1 the same turn, so for the most part he will make 2 points of pool/blood damage to all the other players, hence the 2 pool cost.

The decision to make him unique was to prevent abuse and placing too many in a deck as that would be overpowered.
