Bane with 2 life, 0 strength, 1 bleed.
Vampires with capacity 4 or less cannot attempt to block this ally.
During your minion phase, Enticer can take control of a locked ally that is controlled by another Methuselah until your influence phase as a D action. If the action is successful unlock the targeted ally.
Flavor text: None
Art notes: An undead priest or a person of influence. Alternatively a spirit that can control someone's mind.
World of Darkness reference: This was made with Fomori in mind but could be changed to a minion that has mind powers or high charisma that can influence other mortal creatures or allies.
How does this card address a compelling game need?: This is an ally to expand the available options and interactions with other allies (this card can be stolen by another Enticer Fomori for example) so I decided it was best if it was not unique.
It is not blockable by weenie vampires (to give more drawbacks to weenie decks and to give the flavour that he controls the mind of lesser minions). It is a card that allows interaction with all players that have an ally in play.
Could be changed to capacity 3 or less if it is too strong. It can still be blocked by other allies for balance reasons mostly since it forces the other players to leave the ally they have unlocked or risk being stolen. The effect is also temporary so as not to be too strong but since can be stolen for the turn there is room for interaction with other players so as to remove the stolen ally or make them lose life.
I am unsure if it is a good idea for it to be a generic ally instead of clan restricted given it can be a strong effect if there are other ally decks on the table. It could be restricted to hecata (fit the other allies they have), lasombra (gives more defense to ally decks), or tremere (fits the toolbox aspect). It does allow a bleed for 1 as well so as not to do only 1 thing. The life could be reduced to 1 instead depending on testing. The 2 Pool cost seems appropriate and there is no reason to make it Unique since not much benefit in spamming them.
An alternate idea for this card would be to remove the first clause of Vampires with capacity 4 or less cannot attempt to block this ally, but instead have the ally theft ability for the turn not be blockable by vampires. This way it would focus more on the ally stealing ability and make the other players want to leave their allies locked to block that action or risk having their allies taken away for a turn. The 1 bleed would still be important because otherwise the card would be too situational to use.
