How does this card address a compelling game need?: This ally was designed as a solution to the high pool cost that operation antigen allies have to be playable. At first I thought of a master card that gave you the same ability however given the fact it is quite a bit of good sustain I decided another ally would be the best option since you have to decide how you want to use him. It gives you 2 pool but you have to lock 2 allies and burn 1 life out of them only once per turn. Im not sure if that is not too weak even but the idea is to give more sustain for the allies.

He also has more bleed the more allies of the same type you have (It could also just be for each operation antigen ally you control and not each "other" so as to include himself and give him basic 1 bleed) for flavor reasons meaning he is stronger at taking your preys power the more allies you control and he commands.
